Howdy! I’m Sophie—thanks for stopping by. With experience as a museum educator, current elementary teacher, and adjunct professor, I’m deeply committed to the idea that learning is a lifelong, evolving journey. I teach, create, and explore with the belief that curiosity never stops and that knowledge is best lived, not just learned.

My work spans disciplines-from art and writing to education and environmental engagement—always rooted in wonder, growth, and place. At the heart of it all, I’m passionate about cultivating a love of learning in others and in myself, encouraging us all to keep growing, questioning, and discovering, no matter the season of life.
